What exactly happens after I place an order?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the details of your order. For orders that are shipped, you will receive another e-mail with tracking number when your order is processed. For local pickups (Ontario only), you will get instructions (address and available pickup time slots).
What are the delivery charges (shipping cost)?
Shipping costs are determined at checkout and based on weight, dimensions and delivery address of all the items in your order. We ship using Canada Post (CP) or US Postal Service (USPS). We can also ship using your account at FedEx, UPS, Purolator and Canpar.
When will I receive my order (how long will delivery take)?
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days.
Local Pickup (Toronto, Ontario only)
Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification that it is ready for pickup. Please note that our pickup is only available Saturdays from 11am to 6pm. You may request another pickup day/time and we will try to arrange it, but it’s not guaranteed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx) and PayPal for online orders.For local pickups, we accept cash and Interac e-transfers.
How long will delivery take?
We typically ship out products within 1-3 business days. Time in transit depends on destination:• Canada: 3 business days average
• USA: 5 business days average
• International: 20 business days averageWe do our best to provide the most accurate processing and shipping estimates possible. However, they are estimates and not guarantees. They may vary due to high volumes of orders, unforeseen delays by the couriers, and busy holiday season
How secure is shopping at lqway.com? Is my data protected?
Our website is protected by industry standard 256-bit SSL encryption. A padlock icon in the address bar (https://) confirms that the page you are on is protected with an SSL certificate. Credit card numbers are never stored on our website and are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor (stripe.com). For your security, credit card information is deleted the instant the transaction is processed.
I want to send back a product I ordered. What is your return / refund policy?
You can return a product for return or refund within 30 days of receiving it. Products are to be returned at the buyer’s expense. If you are requesting a replacement (exchange), we will ship out a replacement order at our expense. If you are requesting a refund, the refund will be sent back to the payment method you used during checkout. Note that shipping fees are not refunded. Credit card processor (Stripe.com) and PayPal charge a fee (approx. 3%) per transaction, which will be deducted from your refund amount (ex. you will receive $97 if your payment was $100)
